How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly on our website using our online booking system — no phone call required. Simply choose your service, select a time that works for you, and you're all set. You'll receive a confirmation by email.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit begins with a thorough skin consultation. We'll assess your skin, discuss your concerns and goals, and recommend the right treatment and home care routine for you. Please arrive with a clean face if possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
We reserve your appointment time especially for you. We require 50% of the service charge for cancellations the day before your appointment, and 100% for same-day cancellations and no-shows. We understand emergencies happen and consider them on a case-by-case basis.

Do you have a tipping policy?
We have a no-tipping policy. If you'd like to show your appreciation, leaving us a Google review or referring a friend means the world to us — and every successful referral earns you a $20 account credit.
How long does it take to clear acne?
Most clients see significant improvement within 3 to 4 months when they follow their personalized treatment plan. Our Face Reality program has a 92% success rate for clients who commit to both the in-office treatments and the recommended home care routine.
Do I need to buy products to do the acne program?
Yes — the home care products are a required part of the acne treatment program. The in-office treatments alone won't deliver full results without the supporting home care routine. Our aestheticians will recommend exactly which products your skin needs.
Can you help with back acne?
Yes! We offer acne treatments for the face, back, or both. Pricing varies depending on the treatment area — see our Services page for full pricing.

What is the difference between the 45, 60, and 90 minute custom facials?
Our custom facials are designed to meet you where you're at—whether you need a quick refresh or a more indulgent treatment. The 45-minute facial focuses on the essentials for healthy, glowing skin. The 60-minute facial builds on that foundation with extended massage for deeper relaxation and stress relief. The 90-minute facial offers the most personalized experience, adding a second mask and extra treatment time tailored to your skin's unique needs that day.
What is Procell Microchanneling?
Microchanneling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate your body's natural collagen production. It improves fine lines and wrinkles, sagging skin, acne scars, and stretch marks. It's virtually painless with only about 90 minutes of downtime, and results are often visible after one treatment.
How many microchanneling treatments do I need?
Results can often be seen after a single treatment, but we recommend a series of at least 5 for best results. The number of treatments needed may vary based on your skin, health, and goals.
