3. Booking & Appointments
All appointments are booked through our online booking system powered by Vagaro. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

You will complete any required intake forms prior to your appointment.

You will arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation at our discretion.

You will disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities that may affect your treatment.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. The following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellations made the day before your appointment: 50% of the service charge.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows: 100% of the service charge.
We understand that emergencies happen and will consider them on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation fees are charged to the payment method on file through Vagaro.
5. Service Results & Liability
Skin care results vary from person to person based on individual skin type, health, lifestyle, and adherence to recommended home care routines. Tachi Skin Care makes no guarantee of specific outcomes from any treatment or product.
By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have disclosed all relevant health information and that Tachi Skin Care and its aestheticians are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or medications.
To the fullest extent permitted by Oregon law, Tachi Skin Care's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service or product in question.
6. Products & Online Store
All product sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy below. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all product information is error-free.
Subscription orders through our Subscribe & Save program will be charged automatically on your selected schedule. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time by contacting us or managing your account.
